When Bill had the haunted forest we had so much fun putting it together. At times it was stressful but he always made the best of it and we loved making it scary and making him laugh. I miss him and his happy face. Till we meet again, Sylvia Miller

Oh, Ruth, so sorry to hear of yet another tragedy for you. I lost my husband on April 7, and am glad you have family around you. It's really hard to be alone. Love to you and your family.

I deeply am sorry for the loss of Bill. I will never forget the fun and crazy times we had in the Haunted Forest . He is a person who comes into your life and a person you will never forget. We certainly will miss his crazy antics and miss his laugh. Keep them laughing Bill! Miss you!

As the best friend of Bill's sister Vicki, I have shared many family functions with the Wise family and got to know the warm and welcoming nature of Bill and Ruth. I was even included in a family cruise that Bill organized, many years ago. My most sincere sympathy and prayers go out to the entire Wise family. Bill was a very special man and will truly be missed by many. Bless you all.
