William M. Wishinsky

Hi, I am one of three brothers who served in Vietnam. Thank you William for your service. My grand daughter, Alyssa and I install U.S. Flags at Middletown Veteran Cemetary every Memorial Day and Veterans Day. We read each name and then place the flag. We then choose one veteran and reach out to their family to let them know we appreciate his service for our country. God bless you all.

I was a baseball teammate of Bill's at HPHS in the mid 1960s and later on in the Greater Hartford Twilight League. I have so many fond memories of playing ball with Bill that it is hard to know where to begin. He was a great pitcher and hitter at HPHS, really the linch pin of our team. I know Billy and his sister Pat would not remember me, but I was a classmate of Billy's at Elmwood Elementary School, where he defended me against the bullies, when I couldn't run fast in gym class !
