Dear Ginger and Danielle,
I wish to express my sincere sympathy upon the death of Bill. I was his colleague at Gardner-Webb, and I always held him in high regard. I was impressed that a glacier was named in his honor in Antarctica. This shows the respect that people had for him.
May God comfort you in the loss of such a fine human being.
Sincerely,
Bob Morgan, Professor Emeritus of French and Mathematics, Gardner-Webb University
