William was born on July 7, 1941 and passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019. William was a resident of Washington, Illinois at the time of passing. A 1959 graduate of Rock Island High School, he enlisted with the U.S. Air Force in 1959 and was honorably discharged in 1963. A Memorial Mass will be 10:00am, Friday, May 31, 2019 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Washington. There will be no visitation. Inurnment of his remains will follow his Mass at Glendale Cemetery in Washington. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, 8630 State Rt. 91, Peoria, IL 61615.

Sorry to see the passing of Bill. He was a great cop and I'm proud to say I spent a lot of time in an RIPD squad with him. Never forgotten. Rest in peace Bill.
