William was born on April 23, 1950 and passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. William was a resident of Lancaster, New Hampshire at the time of passing. At 18, Bill enlisted in the United States Navy and spent 8 years in the Submarine Service, where he served aboard the USS Sculpin (SSN-590) during the Vietnam era. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation in Bill's memory to St. Paul's BackPack Program for kids (stpaulslancaster.org).
I served on the Sculpin, and am sad to hear that another brother has pass. RIP. May God watch over and comfort his family.

Janet, Billy, George, my thoughts are with all of you. I will always remember the good times I spent with you & Bill on the sailboat at Mark Twain Lake. My deepest condolences. Bill was a wonderful man!
