Bill Wixom will always be respected and appreciated for his knowledge and life guidance in caring for the best of Pawling. As Chair of the Pawling Community Foundation in the years of design and co-ordination of the Village of Pawling Master Plan and Village Green, Bill's aesthetic genius and many hours of dedication greatly elevated the resultant vision. Bill's contribution to Pawling will always be a shining example, and he will forever be a favorite friend.
