I was so honored to meet Bill in person at the Fremont when my father was a resident there.
He was, indeed, a gentleman and a truly talented artist-- a true Community treasure. He will be missed.

Bill and Marilyn were wonderful neighbors for many years. A pen-and-ink drawing done by Bill hangs proudly in my living room. He truly was the definition of a gentleman.

Mr Bill was my dad's suite mate at the Fremont and was the sweetest man ever. He was a true gentleman. . .always! He was an easy person to love and I never saw him without a smile on his face. His face would light up when his precious Marilyn walked into the room. I remember one day , when Bill came over to dad's room. He and "Chief" had quite a long conversation.
