Bill was one of my best friends for a very long time. We shared some of the fondest memories of my life. He was loved by so many people and that only proves the size of his heart. Well Billy, do me a favor and say hi to Teddy for me and I'll see you when I get there.

Billy was a great brother big brother father and son. Great friend billy was second to none, he had alot of Goodness in his heart. Not only was Billy a great friend he was a brother to a lot of us he was always the first one to make you smile or laugh even in your worst of times you will sadly missed not just for the day you passed but the years to come rest easy my brother
