I worked with Billy at Pilgrim in the 70's until I left to join the USDA Federal Inspection Service. i learned a great deal of my knowledge about the meat industry from Billy and I will be forever grateful for that. I also spent time deer hunting and smelt dipping with him and his family. I have been blessed to know him. RIP Billy.
