How does one measure a life well lived? Is it by your contributions to the world? Is it by the meaningful impact you leave on the lives that you touched? Is it by the love you give and receive? In the case of Bill Young's life, you would say all the above, and more. Sadly, the life journey that...

Not sure what to say?

Bill was a great friend all through my school years and afterwards. He will be deeply missed.

My heart goes out to the family. Amber was my best friend in elementary and middle school. It was a second home for me.

Billy was amazing. He may have shared some of his dad's strengths. To the family of my cousin, please accept my sympathy. We were created to live and enjoy life here on this earth forever. May we never lose that hope. I didn't know Bill was a cat lover; my kind of guy!

Have been a neighbor of Bill for 27 years and we worked in the same graphic arts business for many years. Was surprised and saddened by his passing. My condolences to his wife and family.

Growing up together, hanging out together, partying, double dating and playing in the band together. Memories of at least 60+ years will last forever. It was a great journey I will always cherish. You´re in a better place my friend. My condolences to Cindi and family. Bill, we will be together again.

William Young was not someone my family knew directly. I worked in the Brown Company James River paper industry. In the only meeting I had with Mr. Young he was extremely kind and professional. To his entire family our thoughts prayers and well wishes are extended. Life is so short and health issues can impact us all suddenly. Parchment lost a very decent member of the community with this announcement of his passing.

Cindy & family...we send our love & prayers to each of you! Ray and I fortunately ran into Bill a couple years ago and shared a good talk together catching up. So many Brown Company memories as well as Parchment High School years! Tears as we read the beautiful write up on Bills life, how fortunate you all are to share a good life together!
