Bill meant so much to us two and our two now-adult children, one of whom, daughter Emily, was privileged to have Bill as her God Father (and Mary as God Mother). When my husband Al Herzog came to Hartford as a Psychiatrist, I was delighted to meet your father, and we shared talk about how I knew you, and he told me about your work with AIDS, which was meaningful since my dear brother Philip N.
