Billy Z was neighbor of mine in the Lowell Acre for a number of years, and was always kind and friendly over those years. He always struck me as a thoroughly sincere and genuine human being in those years and whenever I had the pleasure of seeing him afterwards. I will never forget him. May his memory be ever eternal.
