William R. Zurow

I was in band with Bill at Lincoln High School. Bill was very stern. I saw first saw him smile when his sister, Carol, said hello to him after a football game. When Bill saw his sister, his face lit up. I found it easier to talk to him after that. My band experience was important to me and I have thought about Bill from time to time over the years.
