So sorry to hear that Billy is no longer with us. I have many fond memories of playing in the soprano horn section with Billy right in there with the rest of us from the Westchester Horizon Drum & Bugle Corps.
I remember how supportive his parents were as they were always around to watch him play. I know he will be surely missed. Rest in peace, my friend.
