Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to Bill's family. He was so proud of his family and loved you all so much. I worked with him for about 30 yrs and considered him a special friend. He never ceased to amaze with his wit and good cheer! I can't count the hours of good fun & laughter we shared. Bill gave me one of his nicknames which I cherish. I will miss receiving those Fresh Market alerts to new products and the announcements of yet another last Haines Furniture Sale of the century on my answering...

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Bill MANY years ago at Fort Monroe, VA and kept up with him via a mutual friend, Steve Veazey.

I had the pleasure and joy of working with Bill from 1975 to 1980, first at Hampton and then Newport News. He was a talented, gifted worker who always made time to lighten everyone's spirits with fun, jokes and his witty point of view. I loved him dearly. Dear Van, Bryant, Mattie, and Colby;

We are sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Uncle Bill. Please know your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Love,

Allison and Rachael Moffatt

Frances, I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Bill was such a kind and sweet man. I always enjoyed being in his company. He touched so many lives in so many positive ways. He will be truly missed.

Sylvia - so sorry to read about Bill - I did not know he had taken a turn to the worst. I know he talked to Binks a lot and they tried to get thru things - but both have lost the battle. Prayers are with you and your family.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Huggett while volunteering with the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery Program. Mr. Huggett was an angel in disguise. He was a blessing and an inspiration to many of us. He touched so many lives with his kindness, big heart, and sense of humor. It was a blessing that he crossed my path. I’ve learned so much from him. He’s an angel that will truly be missed. May he forever rest...

May God bless your family in this time of sorrow. It was so much fun working with Bill at Ft Eustis and if he really liked you he would give you a nickname, mine was Windykins. It was truely a blessing that are paths crossed.
