To Mrs. Judy Troy, Rena and family. I am SFC (retired) Darryl Harris. Mr. Troy was one of my dearest friends, we worked together in Germany at the 21st Replacement Battalion S4. Mr. Troy was my buddy, he brought so much to our organization. He made coming to work a joy. We had some of the best conversations. I had no idea of his passing. I grew up knowing my big cousin & remember his big happy smile.
