Not sure what to say?

I wrote on this site back in October of 2021 about a small sterling cuff bracelet that I purchased that had Willie Troy´s name and the word Pentagon engraved on it. The bracelet is still in my possession, but I have been unable to figure out a way to contact the family except through this venue. I thought that I would try posting here one last time in case someone in the family checks this site and would want the bracelet. If no one replies, be rest assured that I will keep it safe with...

To Mrs. Judy Troy, Rena and family. I am SFC (retired) Darryl Harris. Mr. Troy was one of my dearest friends, we worked together in Germany at the 21st Replacement Battalion S4. Mr. Troy was my buddy, he brought so much to our organization. He made coming to work a joy. We had some of the best conversations. I had no idea of his passing. If anyone of Mr. Troy's family sees this please contact me at [email protected]. I would love to speak with his wife and daughter.

Where the bracelet was made or who had it engraved is a mystery to me, but I always thought that Mr. Troy´s family should have it. If...

Praying for Willie's friends and family today. As we enter into this Christmas season, I pause to think of those who are missing loved ones due to this horrible tragedy. Much love from Texas,

Dear Family,
On Sept.17 2013, I left a message for you, my kindle typed an incorrect word, which I didn't catch. Instead of I, it printed ILLITERATE. I am so sorry, it was my first time writing online. GOD bless you.

I grew up knowing my big cousin & remember his big happy smile. I lived in Chadbourn,N.C.& he lived in the next town over, called Evergreen. After Willie left for the military, I saw him only a few times, but I still have wonderful memories of him.Due to my husband`s military duty,ILLITERATE wasn't able to attend Willie`s service in N.C.;however my heart was with the family, as it always will be. Judy,Aunt Mae(my grandma`s sister),told me many nice things about you guys. She was so proud of...
