Not sure what to say?

In ways big and small, your loved one's life changed our world and left it a better place, and touched too many hearts to ever be forgotten. May you find comfort in knowing how many people share your sadness.
"In the seeds of this life, we find hope for a better life to come… May it comfort you to know that your loved one is now at peace.

I want everyone to know there is not enough words to express how elliston will not be the same without miss willie battle(Greatgrandmom) I want you all to know my heart and prayers are with you all. May god comfort you all .She always will be remembered as a careing person and always loving not just her own kids but all kids no matter who they where. AND ALWAYS MAKING THEM MIND.She will be miss alot.

I know of Mrs. Battle through my sister, Sandra Smith, and my mother, the late Thelma Taylor Fant, and I just marvel at her life. What a wonderful woman she was and I know that you will miss her, but what a blessing it was to have had her for such a long time.

She taught me that family is the key to happiness and longevity, and success. She use to always tell us to honor your mother and father, that your days may be long. Although she did...

They kept in touch until my mother's death in 2003. Some family members still reside in the Elliston area (Simmons, Turner, Brewer, Coles, and Craggette). Since my mother's death, I have kept in touch with Mrs. Battle and will miss her terribly. We enjoyed talking and reminiscing about her visits to Connellsville...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal; Love leaves a memory that no one can steal.

I am truly going to miss her. She was like everyone's favorite Aunt. She lived only two doors up from me and sometimes I would go and play Kings in the Korner with her. As a child and even into adult I remember hearing her and Mrs. Goldie talking across the street to each other. Even after I moved away, I would often stand on my mom's porch and listen to the two of them talking to each other. I was a great welcome home. She was a wonderful lady and would do anything she can for you. You...
