Not sure what to say?

We were out of town and learned of Miss Willie's passing. Sorry we could not be with the family during the services. We have known Miss Willie all our lives, and we will miss her. Love from us both -- Donna & Allen Tabor

Clifford,Sylvia,Claire and families,
I am so sorry about Mrs. Grimes.
Since I live 90 miles away I did
not get to see her or you all
very often.

Mrs. Grimes was certainly a very
special person who will be missed
by all.

My prayers are with each of you
but remember she loved you very
very much.

What a matriarch of a family! Mrs. Grimes made us feel so welcome when we moved next door, and gave us such wonderful history lessons about our house and about Perry. She and Dr. Gallemore were unequaled in their knowledge of the people and the city of Perry. Mrs. Grimes gave such a visual picture of it that I felt I had seen it too. I remember thinking that I wanted to be like her -- so loving of her family and town and so full of grace. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

GRANNY GRIMES IS AND WAS A WOMDERFUL MOTHER , FRIEND, AND GRANDMOTHER. I MARRIED HER GRANDSON GREGORY MARTIN AND FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE KNOWN HER IN MY LIFE. I HAVE GREAT COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT WHEN WE PASS ON TO HEAVEN SHE WILL BE THERE WELCOMING EACH OF US HOME. WE WILL MISS HER GREATLY, BUT KNOW THAT SHE IS NEVER FAR FROM US ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS LOOK TO THE HEAVENS AND KNOW SHE IS SMILING DOWN AT US WITH WARM THOUGHTS OF LOVE AND PRIDE. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE WONDERFUL LADY THAT...

Our heartfelt sympathy to all the family.

With Deepest Sympathy

A most gracious and wonderful lady was Mrs. Grimes. She was such a good friend to so many Perryans and spoke kindly of all. She had great skill with floral arrangements which appeared in many Perry homes and in church weddings. She raised three fine children and was, unquestionably, one of Perry's finest residents.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. You have suffered a great loss. Take comfort in the fact that your loss is her gain. Agnes Farr
