Mr Moore kept the halls of McKinley Jr high with a smile, kind word and a iron fist. He offered a perspective that the teachers didn't. "Go to class or deal with me"! I always chose the later!
You were loved, repected and will be missed Mr. Moore. To the Moore Family, my prayers and deepest condolences during your time of mourning. May God Bless and Keep you.

I met Mr. Moore at McKinley Middle School when he worked there and I attended as a student in the 80's. He was a great mentor to all of us, and funny as ever! He had a special bond with his students, and always kept kids on the straight and narrow. He will be truly missed. He was also a great friend to my mom, who he worked with at McKinley. Last time I saw Willie was at her funeral. Bless you Mr. Moore! You will be deeply missed!

I first met Billy when I was very young when he worked at the St. John Center. He was a caring person. I hadn't seen him in years and when I did he remembered my nick name and my real name. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Sending our Love, Blessings and condolences to our extended family, Billy will be greatly missed.

Sending our Love, Blessing and condolences to the family, Billy will be greatly missed by his cousin Willie White and family.
