Willie Marion was my childhood friend. He and i spent many days lanquishingc in our youth and just being very close friends. He is an indelible part of my Life.I have a hard time expressing my sense of Loss. I send my deepest sympathies to his Family

We were not personal friends of Mr. Roach but fell in love with his singing during the Rock Hill Blues and Jazz festival years ago. His great personality and singing will be truly missed.

To the Family: We are so sorry to learn of Willie Marion's passing. We were friends since childhood: the Fosters and the Roaches. Even in our adult life when Willie Marion would stop by the cleaners or going down the street, he would call me "Rebe", my nick name from early years.
