My grandparents (Suggs') and my father (Sulaiman) spoke highly of Mr. Scales. And I remember him fondly having meet him in my younger days and knowing his daughter Kim. My sincerest condolences to the family during this difficult time.

I have known Bill Scales all my life. He is a friend and cousin to me. Someone who always had a kind word for everyone. No matter, and someone that will be missed by so many. I dont say this to be kind, I say this because its the truth

To the family of Mister Scales. I offer my sympathy to the entire family. I remember as a young kid walking down 10th Avenue towards Mr. Scales home. Mr. Scales always believed in keeping the neighborhood clean by cutting his own grass and offered kindness to every neighbor.
