To Robert and the entire Williams family, I am so sorry for your loss. We lived upstairs and the Williams lived directly under us in Randall Heights Apartments for numerous of years. We lived so close until we started acting and treating each other like family. God is to wise to make a mistake and too holy to treat anybody wrong. Joy comes in the morning.
