i remember (about 3or 4 years ago when your father(my uncle Bill)came to visit my father while he was confined to a nursing home here in Haverhill....they gave each other hugs like to patriarchs of old who hadn,t seen each other in a hundred years...this is what i remember because it is so recent. Pat, Raymond and Glen, sincere condolences for your loss. During this past summer I looked forward to your father walking by my house everyday. He was such a nice and the neighborhood is at a loss without him.

Pat, Raymond and Glen, I can still picture your father from the days when we lived in Mass and would visit you in Conn. I can still remember your mother as being elegant and your father's smile. I thought it was "cool" that he had broken his nose, because I did ,too, while playing baseball. I spoke to Uncle Bill a few times since my father, Uncle Irv's, passing in 2004. I first came to know Bill when I joined a bowling league in Vernon last year and was very fortunate in being placed on Bill’s team. I will remember his gentleness, his kind spirit, and his wisdom. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. He will be missed.
