Not sure what to say?

The finest and only financial advisor I ever had. We loved to talk about everything except finances! Grateful for the guidance and friendship we had over the years. A true friend in every sense of the word. I will miss you Bill.

"Mon Oncle Bill" as I liked to call him was my favorite uncle. A humble and discrete person with a great sense of observation.
I am glad my daughters got to know him despite the distance and saw him one last time last july. Only wish I had had the opportunity to say goodbye.
My last memory with him is on his boat last summer. We sat up front together and had a nice and long conversation. A special moment. He then stopped the boat to show me proudly where I first swam alone some 30 years...

My friend and my "brother" may you rest in peace. How many times have we told the story of the piano that flew from the balcony or the Christmas Eve we sat behind each other in Ridgefield, St Stephen's?BSLBill

Andrew and Bill, last summer

I will miss Bill so very much... He was a wonderful, caring man...I will always cherish the amazing summers my sister and I had visiting Bill, Kathy, Christina and Betsy... Our boat outings-tubing and waterskiing- will forever remain treasured memories... I will also be eternally grateful to Uncle Bill for walking me down the aisle, in Normandy, (as my own dad had passed away by then).... Uncle Bill, Kathy, Betsy, Christina and family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers... I wish we...

I relized that I forgot to give my name when I wrote my message, I am Bill's french sister in law

Even though I didn't get to see him often as I live too far, I truly appreciated Bill, he was a great person, we shared quite a few family holidays however, He left us so fast that it seems unreal, I am so sorry I could not say good bye to him.
I'll ve thinking of him and I'll keep in mind the good times

Bill was one of the truly good guys. Honest, trustworthy, competent, highly ethical and professional. We will all miss the guidance his life and values provided. I will hold him and his family and my heart and prayers.

Like others of us, I'm stunned. Bill was a friend of almost forty years. He and I reconnected a couple of years ago, and we were a two old guys with plans to teach our young colleagues a thing or two (or three) about employee benefits. His humor, his warmth, and his knowledge already are missed. To all of his family, whom he talked about so often and so fondly, I am very, very sad for your loss.
