Bill was a special Brother Rat and he added greatly to the comradery of our 'Stonewall Class'. He will be missed by all of us, who shared this VMI experience. The entire Wichlei family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I met Bill while at the cahrleston naval Shipyard where my wife worked with him at VITRO. He was always a fun loving person and yes, he did light up the room with his wit and charm. He will be dearly missed by all of us.
