Wilma was my neighbor at Milham Meadows in the 80's and 90's. Always on a walk, she would stop to visit while I was out gardening. She then shared her love of flowers with me.I remember a yellow flower she said she'd saved from her mother's garden and gave to me. God Bless her. RIP
