Not sure what to say?

Dr. Georg and Dr. Wilma were excellent colleagues, mentors and friends. Dr. Georg was an esteemed member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. I last spoke to Mrs. Iggers in July 2024. Your spirit and soul will be missed. Thank you for being such a positive force and touching all of the lives that you touched. My thoughts and prayers are with the Iggers Family.

Hello Jeremy, My condolences for your Mom's passing. I'm reminded of my mother's passing 10 years ago, and I still feel bad about it.

I remember Dr. Wilma Iggers as Jeremy´s mother, and a Woman who was a leader for Peace and Cared deeply about Gender issues and history . In Sympathy to the family Lindy Korn - Myers

I met Wilma though her husband Georg Iggers, in 1996 when I arrived in Buffalo to teach at the UB, History Dept. Although my colleague was Georg, it was clear to me that they shared everything in life, both academically and socially , and that Wilma was a valuable life partner for Georg and that she also had an important career as an academic as well . Their political goals were also aligned, which was important for the familys success.
