Wilma Mae Yardley, age 85, of Topeka passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2008 at a Topeka care home. She was born February 28, 1923 in McLouth, KS the daughter of JD Black and Kate Lobb Black. She retired from Jostens after 10 years. She was preceded in death by both parents; brothers, Arnold, David, Homer, Lloyd, Kenneth, Dale and James Black; a sister, Opal Sawhill; ex-husbands, Robert Cheatwood and Louis Yardley. She is survived by a son, Mark Yardley (Sheree); daughters, Karen Cheatwood, Kathy Frickey (Raymond), Willa Cunningham (Mike) and SanDee Suelter (Kevin); brothers, Robert, Eldon and Jerry Black; sisters, Doris Stanfield and Shirley Duncan; grandsons, Travis and Chad Frickey; Zeke, Luke and Nate Cunningham, Zachary Yardley and Corey Suelter; a granddaughter, Katie Kaberline; great grandsons, Tre Frickey and Zane Cunningham and a great granddaughter, Ashley Frickey. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of McLouth. Wilma will lie in state from noon 9:00 p.m. Monday with family visitation from 7:008:30 p.m. Interment will be at the McLouth Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
