Joanne (and family),
I was utterly heartbroken when I found out about Willie's passing. I remember meeting you all and you all made me feel like part of the family from the beginning. I'll miss him just like I miss all of you now. You all have my deepest condolences. Just remember it's not about mourning your loss, but celebrating his life.

It was such a shock to find out about Mr. Kiser today.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family for your great loss.
Nothing, of course, can take away the sorrow for the loss of a loved one, especially a special fellow like Willie. He welcomed me into his home when he didn't have to and treated me like family. He was a unique guy and I will be forever grateful for his kindness.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

It is such a loss for anyone who had met Willie not to have learned something......anything. Willie had a way of teaching that made you unaware it was happening. My brother-in-law was nothing short of unique and loving and fun and a man who knew a bit about everything. Willie wanted only the best for his family and friends, and did his best to see to it. Unending spirit and energy was his trademark and his love for his family and friends undaunting. Keeping his zest for life, it rubbed...

Dear Kiser Family,
I have know Monica since we were in elementary school together in Miami and I remember how kind, gentle, and welcoming both of Monica's parents were to me as we grew up. My heart goes out to the entire Kiser family - you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Joanne & family,
It was such a shock to hear about Willie. I only found out this past week-end. He just sat down at my desk about 2 weeks ago & chatted about getting ready for Christmas. He was always laughing about something & had a smile on his face. We will sure miss him at the bank. Need anything, please call.

My dear Joanne and families... I will miss Willie as you all do. His wonderful sense of humor and his knowledgeable insight will be missed by all who knew him. I remember as a child him telling us the reason that his hair went so far back at the temples was that he had been dehorned. There are so many things that he was there for it would be impossible to even begin to count them all. God Bless you and keep his memories in your hearts.

Monica, Jason, Mitchell, and family,
We are so very, very sorry to hear about your dad, your grandpa, your husband.
Here is a poem by Mary Frye that was read at a childhood friend's funeral over 20 yrs ago and had brought comfort to our broken hearts. It reminded me that our loved ones are always alive in our memories. I pray it will do the same for you.
Love,
Your family in Rhode Island
