Bill became my neighbor and friend in 2013 when I moved into the house at the top of N Foote and Caramillo. He was so welcoming and offered supportive advice for a newly retired and recently divorced woman. I hadn´t been on my own in a very long time! Bill´s friendly nature and sense of humor were welcome, indeed! We shared many conversations and books over the years! Bill had a cheerful heart and mind and watched over the neighborhood so well! He is missed everyday. Now he is at peace.
