Not sure what to say?

I was fortunate to be a student of Bill Boynton at HCC during the 1960's. He had a profound impact on my life. He opened the world of Siddhartha, Faust and William Barrett to me. I can only hope that such a humble and dedicated man would have known the positive, life-affecting changes he had on his students. His love of knowledge lives on in all those he educated.

I never enjoyed an English class until Mr. Boynton's English 101. He never let the walls of that South Street building keep us from exploring new things. He was our Discovery Club advisor. He helped us discover many new experiences from the joy of live theater in Hartford to the adventures of the bat cave in Pittsford Mills, VT. It is an honor to have known him, and I will be forever gratful for his dedication to his students, and I only hope he knew the positive impact he had on so many...

Jeanne,
Remember all the great things you have done with him. Your wonderful family and all the happy memories. As long as you remember, he will never truly be gone. Love to you. Debbie

Jeanne and family, I have such fond memories of Bill from HCC and many more from The Blue Ship. I want you to know that the lessons I learned working for you both have stayed with me all these years.
The love you both shared for your family and your work ethic were a great example for me. You were both very brave to hire so many teenagers to help run your buisness. Both you and Bill will always remain in my heart.
Blessings to you all.

Mr. Boynton taught one of the classes I took at HCC. He was one of the better teachers I had at any educational level. I'm sorry for your loss.

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Boynton-my father just sent me this email-I had no idea. He was such a nice man and I will always have such fond memories of The Blue Ship and your lovely family. You were both so kind to all of us girls. My prayers are sent your way . Love Carolyn

Jeanne, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
