I met Admiral Bud Flagg while working at American Airlines (Aircraft Maintenance)at JFK. I believe it was sometime in 1994. I was introduced to him by a fellow reservist. I recall our first conversation while on a maintenance delay we got to talking about common interests; service-duty, honor, country. You were born male, but showed the world what it took to be a MAN. What a fine Naval officer, AA Pilot and husband. May we all continue Bud's legacy and be kind to everyone we meet. Thank you for your service to our country. I pray for Bud and Dee's friends and family whose lives were forever altered on that horrible day. Much love from Texas
