Wilson Woodrow Tufts, of Middleton, NH son of Woodrow and Marilyn Tufts; father of Tiffany, Jay-Lynn and Caleb Tufts; grandfather of Kaelan, Kennedy, Geneva-Jean, Braylen, Elijah and Jada; was snatched from this world in an auto accident on Nov 7, 2020.
Wilson was the first born of 6 children and he took that responsibility to heart every day. Wilson loved his siblings and his daily visits around town to see James (Crow), Keith and Elaine were a constant joy to him.
Wilson was a compassionate, caring, kind man who was a friend like no other. His ability to make you laugh when you needed it, to always be there when you called, and to always offer any assistance within his grasp was the essence of Wilson.
Wilson worked different places in his life, including GE and Textron and volunteered for Dr Bennett's office. Many of his lifelong friends were found in these places and they continued to be important people in his life (you all know who you are). Everyone knew Wilson and Wilson knew everybody!
Wilson's love and dedication to his grandchildren was unsurpassed, his prized possessions were the handmade gifts and paintings and drawings from his grand babies. He always had plenty of pictures of them to show around.
Wilson leaves behind his Mother Marilyn and husband Fred Boisvert, his siblings James Tufts, Keith Tufts, Elaine Varney (with whom he lived the last 5 years) and Roxanne Keegan. Three children, Tiffany Kiyemba-Otim (Jonah), Jae-Lynn Woodard (Joe) and Caleb Tufts; six Grandchildren Kaelan, Kennedy, Geneva-Jean, Braylen, Elijah and Jada; many nieces, nephews, and his special Grand Niece, Vivian, as well as countless friends, cousins, aunts, and his very longtime BFF Kim, whom he befriended some 51 years ago.
Wilson was predeceased by his Father, Woody, his Brother Robert (Red), and Sister-in-law Brenda. In accordance with his adamant wishes expressed many times in conversations, there will be no formal services and as directed by Wilson himself, NO CRYING. Therefore, there will be a joyful Celebration of Life gathering in May of 2021.
Notes and/or cards of sympathy, prayers and sharing of memories with the family may be sent in care of his sister Elaine Varney, at 19 Elaine Road, Middleton, NH 03887.
This World got a whole lot darker with the loss of this bright and shining soul. However, knowing Wilson the way we all do, he will continue to make his presence known whenever he feels the need.
