Not sure what to say?

You were a good dr. for me and my family in the 1950s and 60s.

Dear John,
I remember your father and mother well. They embodied a grace and maturity I could only hope to emulate in adulthood.

Fondly,
Helen Dehner
Bend, Oregon

DR WEST WILL BE MISSED DEEPLY BY OUR FAMILY.HE TREATED THREE GENERATIONS OF OUR FAMILY.I CAN REMEMBER AS A KID GOING TO SEE HIM AND NOT BEING AFRAID OF THE DOCTOR. HE WAS A SWEET AND LOVING MAN,WHO HAD A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER.AND TO THE FAMILY I HOPE THE LORD HELPS YOU COPE WITH YOUR LOSS AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU...GEORGIA FERGUSON,CHRISTINE RIVES,AMBER CARRICO-METOTT

Dr West treated three generations of my family over the years, myself included. He was the ONLY doctor my grandfather would consider seeing. Honestly, until I was seven and had to have my tonsils removed, I didn't realize that there were ANY other doctors. I guess that feeling sort of ran in my family considering my dad risked bursting his appendix in an effort to drive himself to Dr West from up north. He will be dearly missed by all that had the pleasure of meeting him.

Mardi,John and Kim, I will not only miss Dr. West, but I will also miss you guys. I have enjoyed being around your family, I will always love you Mardi. Love Lilly

Dearest Doc,
You were so precious and had a kind loving heart. I will miss You! I will treasure the memories and feel blessed by knowing your family. You were the Best!
Love Marcia

Family,
Dr.West was a long time friend of our family and imparticularly my grandfather, Joe Frerker. I remember spending time with Mildred and Dr. West as a little girl at my grandfathes house. Brings back a lot of good memories. Wonderful man and our deepest sympathies.
LeslieAnne Roberson (Frerker Family)

We were very sorry to hear of your loss. The nurses that took care of Dr. West always had very funny stories to tell us. He must have been quite a person. They all enjoyed him very much.

To the Family of Dr. West, The world has lost the greatest man and Doctor there ever was--or ever will be. I will always remember his blue tennis shoes and the wonderful stories he told about his family...he loved you all so very much! He gave my baby daughter,Miranda Swearengin,a job in his office near the end of his career, and was such a kind, considerate, and compassionate doctor who cared for me as if I was the olny patient he ever had...like I was the most important person in the...
