Wilton Dozier

Sorry but I just heard of Wilton's passing and I wanted to extend my heartfelt prayers to his family. As you can see, he was a well loved man and he will be truly missed. Loved working with him at the Civic Center and loved hearing his stories...especially about his family. RIP Wilton...I know you're keeping an eye on everyone from up above!

Please accept my deepest sympathies. He was a true gentleman and will be missed by many.

I have such fond memories of Wilton from TPD. He was one of my favorites and he always made me smile. I consider myself a better person for having known him. Your family is in my prayers.

Mary, Garrett and Mary,
I am so sorry about Wilton's passing. Mary I've been out of town or would have been there on Sunday. I often think of the special times we had together. I will pray for you all.

Garrett and Family: Just a note to let you know I'm thinking about your family during your time of loss.

Wilton was a dear family friend from many years ago. I won a new Honda Motorcycle in 1967 and traded it even for a '58 ford. Wilton traded me the Ford for a '62 corvaire. That car was my transp. to and from Columbus College in the late '60's. Wilton inspired me to complete a 35 year career in law enforcement in the Atlanta area.
