Winifred Lambrix Obituary

Winifred M. Lambrix June 5, 1947 - September 12, 2013 Winifred M. Lambrix was survived by husband Leroy Lambrix of thirty-seven years and her son Michael Lambrix. Also her parents Peter and Alice Nedoff; brothers Dennis McFarlane and James Nedoff; along with several nieces and nephews. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She lived in Indiana and Michigan before moving to Bakersfield where she lived for the last thirty-seven years. She was a teacher at Greenfield School District for eighteen years and worked at Rosewood Retirement Facility for five years. A memorial service will be held at Laurel Glenn Bible Church at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, 2013. www.bakersfield.com/obits

I have nothing but fond memories of working with Win at Planz School for many years as well as our friendship. We always laughed when we were together. I appreciated her wisdom, piano talents and love of children. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Leroy and Michael.
