Not sure what to say?

I shall miss Winnie. We had such good times of laughter especially on the tennis courts. We were never really very good but we loved the game and the wonderful friendship. Our walks together was great trying to keep up with her was a struggle for me as I always said to her "Wait just a minute or else call 911 I can't go any faster my feet are flat. She was a super great person and a dear friend.

Winnie and Jim were neighbors of ours when we traveled to Sarasota. The last year we were there they were not and it was sad. They were both such wonderful people. The last year she was in Sarasota she attended a Bible Study I led--a great lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you. My husband, Ed, passed away in March. Edie Davies

I just received the news about Winnie and although it is kind of late I want to say how I always enjoyed visiting with her. She and Jim were my neighbors here at Sarasota Lakes in the winter time. My sincere symapthy to Jim and all the family. I know she will be missed.

JoAnn and Carol, I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom. I've enjoyed a few conversations with her by phone over the last couple years. Despite all that she was dealing with, she was upbeat. Now she doesn't need to suffer anymore. She and Mom and Dad are enjoying a reunion in Heaven!
Love and prayers,

Although I never met Winnie,I heard lots about her over the years from my good friend, Carol. She must have been a great lady to rasie such a daughter. Carol and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Winnie had the quietest voice and calmest manner about her. I always felt she was the perfect example of the meaning of the word "Lady". She raised a wonderful daughter my sister-in-law JoAnn that I admire. I believe it was because of the example her mom set for her that Joann is such a good mother, wife, sister and person. Winnie always had a kind word for me and always asked about my children every time she saw me. I loved her very much and will cherish the many memories I have of her over...
