Winifred K. Smith CHESAPEAKE - Winifred K. Smith, 82, died June 13, 2009. There will be no services in Chesapeake, but an inurnment will be conducted in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, is in charge.
