Not sure what to say?

I was recently sharing a fond memory of Mrs. Strickland with a friend. After a quick search, I came across this site. I remember meeting her for the first time, when she came into my workplace, the old 'Newark Agway'. She needed stainless steel pails. On the next visit, she met my female GSD Puppy who was spending the day at work with me. She asked her age and what my plans were for training her. I answered that I was planning on an obedience course at a future date once I had the...

Still missing you Wynn. You were a good friend to me and Wendy. Sadly Georgia is not doing well. It makes me sad to drive past your beautiful property and seeing it fall into disrepair. I know it would make you sad too. You were a true asset in this community and world. You always were encouraging. It made me happy to get Wendy's blue ribbon and hoped it would make you happy too. I miss all of the beautiful German Shepherds that you brought to us. You were so multi talented, so much...

I met Wynn over 50 years ago when I was active in showing and training German Shepherds. She was the best trainer I have ever met. God will take her home and reunite her with her many loved dogs. Carol Veitenheimer www.ca-ji.com

Ron & Susan, my condolences. Wynn and I were/are of a greatly decreasing group of dog fanciers. An honor to have known her. Fred Lanting, "Mr.GSD"

Wynn, Thanks for the honor of having a puppy from Joll's last litter. I will always remember the great times we had in our travels, especially Hawaii. May God hold you in the palm of his hand until we meet again

Wynn will be dearly missed. Her enthusiasim, her sense of humour and most of all her Expert Obedience Training. I enjoyed her training seminars and she was my mentor. God Bless her family.

My parents spoke so fondly of Wynn for the many years they have owned, and we all have loved, her wonderful dogs. We will miss her. She brought so much joy to our own family.

Our Zane will be with her too.

All her friends, those that stood of two feet and those that stood on 4 paws throughout the nation have lost their dearest friend, Wynn. The endearing love between them shall live on forever.

What a very nice lady and I enjoyed having one of her dogs. I also worked on her property around the pond years ago. Susan, I am so sorry for your loss.
