Not sure what to say?

Deepest sympathy to Mary Lina and the Family, Wit was a truly delightful Gentleman--and will be sorely missed.
Enid and Donald S. Hillman

Dear Mary Lina and family,
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. We are so grateful that just 3 years ago, you were able to visit us in Ormond Beach, FL! We love you and our thoughts are with you! Judy Hogan

We learned of Wit`s death while waiting at the airport in Frankfurt on our way to the States, because a snowstorm which paralyzed Europe prevented us from saying our last farewells.Wit was my father for 47 years, during which he took on the full responsiblity of raising my brother Steve and me, for which I will always be eternally grateful. He was a man with great sense of honor and duty. But, he also had a contageous zest for life. He enjoyed being with his family and friends and amusing...

I have known Wit since 1993. He was a wonderful man, always kind, caring, and nurturing. He loved to travel and enjoy life to its fullest with his lovely wife.

Though not unexpected, we were shocked by the announcement at Church this morning that Wit had died and his wife was sick. Our hearts go out to you, Mary Lina, even as we cherish the memory of Wit's final days. He taught us all an important lesson about how to accept the fate that is in store for all of us, with courage, compassion, and unfailing good humor. We will miss him.

Wit was an courtly and elegant gentleman, a man of many talents and interests. We enjoyed his gourmet cooking, and erudite conversation with Wit and Mary Lina. He was a man of many talents and interests and will be greatly missed by his friends. Cathy and Ed Layne

I only had the priveldge of meeting Witt a couple times. He was clearly such a loving man and i am truly sorry for your family's loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. From Eliza Graham (Mary Lina's Cousin)

A more gentle, kind, wonderful man I have never met. We will miss him beyond words. Your loving niece...Mary Pat & husband, Bill
