Not sure what to say?

A great loss! Victor always had a sample, a suggestion, something new (to me) to try. welcome when she came into his shop to buy food. He called her
momma from Calif. and always gave her a hug and a kiss. One of

Victor, Stopping by your shop always put a smile on our face. Your kindness in words and samples/gifts were always appreciated. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

It's so sad and shocked to see his name right there. My dad and I always goes to his Victor's European Meat Market to buy his meats and often gave us a free meat jerkys. Victor was always so friendly to everyone! I hope that Victor's European Meat Market will stay open in Tigard because it's popular with locals and people from all over Oregon and beyond. May Victor rest in peace and keep making famous European meats in Heaven!

Victor, your smile and friendly greeting as we entered Victor's European Meats in Tigard , OR were a joy to us and our visting family.
We value your skills as a master craftsman with all varieties of meat. We will miss you and the special attention to detail you put into each of your creations. The savory flavors are the very best! This a such sad news. Witold was a unique an special person that had a craft no one in this area could match. Visiting his store was always an interesting and pleasurable time. We will miss him dearly and hope and pray his family can continue the great tradition that Witold created.

Victor, We will miss seeing your sweet little face behind the sausage counter. You were always so gracious and friendly to our family and you will be in our hearts forever. Say "Hello" to our dads if you see them up there. Love Gary & Kathie Ayers
