My dad loved Dr. Frates so much and they were friends and colleagues for so long. I had lunch with Bill this past July at one of his favorite Chinese buffet restaurants and he told so many amazing and funny and heartwarming stories about his life, his family, his experiences, and the people he met throughout his life. He was great with my 8 and 10 year old nieces. He was a true storyteller and had a real lust for life. His memory will always live on with the Iser family. Love, Ashley Iser
