I have such great memories of my Uncle Pat. He was a man I highly respected like no other on the face of this earth. He was a man of great wisdom who I referred to as The WISE ONE. Lee and I send our sincere condolences to you and the family on the loss of Pat. I remember meeting with Peter Kirk and Pat in their early years. Pat brought an incredibly diverse background to development and I would enjoy listening to his path to becoming a developer and builder. He was always so full of life and energy. He will be missed by the communities and people he touched.

Jill, as you know, Pat was a mentor to me for many years! I cherished his, and your friendship over all these years. He, and you, did wonderful things for our Republican party and Howard Community College. I'm forever grateful. I am shocked by his passing.
