Dear Aunt Maedell and Family, I was saddened to hear of Uncle Doc's passing. I have such fond memories of Uncle Doc. I loved to listen to him tell stories of his early childhood. He had a way with words and kept us laughing. I remember all the times we spent our summer vacations in Alabama and the visits with you guys. So much laughter and joy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
