We where celebrating the Birthday together . Both from Germany and both born the some Day and Year . Was always nice . I saw your ups and downs of your life. Im so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jack at Penneys and he was an amazing talented artist, as well as a bit of a creative character. I remember the day he showed me how he had created sandals by cutting off the top of his running shoes. It was a creative solution and did the job! Jack always spoke lovingly of his family and showed us photos. He was unique and will be missed.

Jack was wonderful. Never much keen on being in any way art directed he never the less time and time again managed to deliver so much more than what was asked. I wish I could of had more time with him both for his art and for his perspective. I am sad in this moment of loss but so very joyful for what he brought to my life.

Remember the next time you pour a beer you have 8/10ths a second to get the shot before the bubbles start combining and get too large. He lived in the details...
