I just was listening to the Mantronix album and I was always wondering what happened to Wondress Hutchinson, she was an amazing talent. Well I had no clue she passed away in 2021 and I was even more shocked to learn she was from.Charleston, a city I semi grew up in from 19 until age 53 and had her obituary right here in Cannon street baptist church.

I just came across this. I'm sorry to hear about this. I'm glad I had the pleasure of knowing her.

As a New York City DJ of the early 90s I remember playing your songs to packed dance floors. You will be sorely missed.
