Favorite Friends,

Sending this note on Sunday night... after witnessing the wonderful service you all did for your dad and grandad... It was a fitting send-off for a grand gentleman! Ames' words were tribute that would surely have made his grandpa proud, the flowers were exactly the right colors -- and the hat and cigar made us all know that this could only be a celebration of the life of Mr. Coonbottom Glenn, a legend in Jackson County for a long time already!

It was...

Carol and family,

So many wonderful memories of both your mom and dad and of fun times at your house. It always seemed so comfortable and as though I had an open invitation to be part of the family. Thinking of you with much love.

Ann Thetford

Carol: My deepest sympathy to you and your family. It is so very hard to lose a parent but the good memories will be with you forever.

Carol, Steve, and family,
Memories are the legacy of love. Take comfort in all those wonderful memories of a life well-lived. Our heartfelt sympathy to you all.

Carol, Steve, Shirley Ellen and family...Your Daddy was such a fun person! I loved running into him at the grocery store or the Gazebo. He was always so proud of his wife, his children, grands and greatgrands - always the subject of our conversation. What an outstanding family man in addition to being such a great ag-man!
Much love to all. Gina
