Woodrow W. "Bill" Raquepaw, Jr., age 68 of Mio, Michigan, passed away at his home on Monday, December 25, 2017.

Bill was born in Saginaw, Michigan on September 6, 1949 to Woodrow W. and Irene (Pulley) Raquepaw. He worked in sales in the Owosso area for many years. Bill married Pam on June 30, 1979 in Chesaning, MI. Bill was a volunteer for the Owosso Twp. Rescue Ambulance for 5 years. He also was a Little League football coach for 10 years while residing in Owosso. The couple lived in Owosso until settling in Mio in 1997. Bill was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Mio, MI and also the Knights of Columbus. He had enjoyed boating, fishing, and traveling.

Bill is survived by his wife Pamela of Mio, MI; his children: Angela (Keith) Gee of East Jordan, MI; Brent Raquepaw of Bay City, MI; and Jennifer (Shawn) Hinson of New Hampshire; his sister Beverly Raquepaw of Birch Run, MI; his sister-in-law Kathy Raquepaw, also of Birch Run, MI; his grandchildren: George Alurac, Bentley Raquepaw, Marcus (Ashley) Gee, and Chelsea Gee; 2 special dogs: Marley& Puckett, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers: Harry and Larry Joe Raquepaw.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to Father Fred of Traverse City, or St. Mary Catholic Church, Mio, Michigan.

I just heard of Bills passing. I went to high school with Bill. So sorry for your loss

I was a classmate of "Billy" all through Sacred Heart and Birch Run High School. I am so sorry for your loss. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers

Sorry to hear of Bill passing away. He was a good friend from years ago. He got me into Dixie Tool way back when. We did some funny things together.

We are thinking of you and your Family at this difficult time. Bill was a wonderful man and husband. With God's help you will work thru this year ahead. Remember all of the wonderful times, such as all of the years Bill was Santa and yourself Mrs. Clause at the Nursing Home. You have to take care of yourself and heal, Bill would have always wanted that!
