Not sure what to say?

My late ex boyfriend was a patient of Dr. Schenk. They would tease each other when they were together. He took his time with Michael, knowing Mike had a learning disability. You will be sorely missed. Family of the Late Michael E. Ward.

Rest in Peace sweet soul....

Dr.Schenk was our Mother's Doctor many years ago at UVA. He was a kind and gentle doctor. Prayers to the family. Family of the late Odessa Fuller

Sandy was an inspiration to me as an OR nurse at UVA in the General Surgery/Trauma Team. He was always a joy to work with . I send my heartfelt condolences to the family.

I remember seeing Dr. Schenck pass through the E.D. several times a week. I finally got to meet him in 2019. He was such a down to earth person. He had me laughing within the first five minutes. The profession is definitely losing a good one. Rest in peace Dr. Schenk.

Kenwest Alumni Association extends our sympathy and prayers to his family and friends. Class of 1972!

I'm so sorry for your lose. I worked in the ED for 30 years and saw Dr. Schenk many times. What a major lose for the medical field.
