Not sure what to say?

I remember young Dr. Tommy Tseng at Westinghouse in Lester Pa. A very smart engineer. He wrote many computer programs regarding steam turbine blades. I have used those programs to design turbine blades. Very helpful and friendly engineer. One thing I will remember about him wearing different suits all the time, while everyone wearing white shirt and tie. So, I asked him, how many suits you have? He answered, well my wife makes suits for me, so I wear it. Tommy, Rest In Peace.

I worked with Tom Tseng in the GE36 UDF program (GE Aircraft Engines). He was an excellent manager, a top notch technical resource, and a great guy. It was a sad loss.

Our deepest sympathies to the Tseng family. Tom was a great friend, stalwart colleague and an engineer’s engineer. I especially appreciate and remember what a great mentor and coach he was to me (and so many others) as a young engineer joining the company in 1987 to work the UDF fan blade. Dr Tseng was a true gentlemen and patriot who will be truly missed and fondly remembered by us all.
